Walk by faith not by sight

What is faith? The Bible says it is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen Hebrews 11:1. Now what does that mean? Well its believing in something with everything you are and knowing its going to happen, there is no doubt. The kind of faith that can move mountains.
Hebrews 11:6 says But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. I think this is something that we are missing in today's society we have lost faith that God will provide for us. We rely on ourselves and our credit cards more than we rely on the power of God who created the universe. We take things into our own hands, which is in turn taking the glory away from God, and I believe that's why we are seeing less and less miracles. We're not letting God do what He does best, take care of us, provide for us and love us. Matthew 7: 7-8 says ask and it will be given to you; seek and you shall find; knock and it will be opened to you. "For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened." James 1:6-8 puts it this way, but let him ask in faith with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not a man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. Without faith we are lost, so many of us think we live by faith but still trust in ourselves more than God. It is time to stop being double-minded and start standing firm in our faith. I just want to let you know that I have put my faith in many of people and been let down, but I have never been let down by putting my faith entirely in God. So let go of your worries, troubles, fears, and give them to God and believe with every ounce of your being He is faithful, all you have to do is have faith in Him. No more doubting.... Read James 1:1-27
